A shattered post-war world, a city of neon flashes and crisis. Transcendents roam under the night rain, fae roam the broken streets, and the wilderness outside the city runs wild. Oligarch corporations, transcendental programs, prosthetic body modifications, mind networks, and rotten people on the streets. Gu Wo crosses over and just wants to be a salted fish, however, a salted fish is not something you can be if you want to.
